a Tennant T5 EC-H2O Automatic Scrubber
A thorough test was conducted at Gwinnett County Public Schools ( Osborne Middle School , 200,000 sq.ft.) to compare a conventional automatic scrubber (Tennant 5700, 28”) and a Tennant T5 EC-H2O Automatic Scrubber (28”). Here are the results of that 5 day test:
Conventional Scrubber:
-40 gallons of water a day
-1.5 gallons of neutral cleaning
-Three empty/fill cycles
-Floors burnished daily
EC-H2O:
-6 gallons of water a day!
-No chemicals used!
-One tank of water cleaned the entire school!
-No empty/fill cycles
-Floors burnished 3 days a week*
*EC-H2O removes detergent residue from floor enhancing appearance
*No detergent residue greatly reduces slip/fall issues
Gwinnett Schools Findings:
-Water savings annually: 8865 gallons
-Chemical savings annually: 270 gallons
-Return on investment: 12 months
Results: Gwinnett Public Schools purchased 7 EC-H2O auto scrubbers for their new schools.
